This Snap4 Service and tools are based on the open source solution Snap4City (https://wwww.snap4city.org). This service and tools here provide information regarding city, area, region, and services that may be or not close to your location, or a location you indicated.
For public data, you can navigate in the area, you can find available services that may be related to: restaurants, bathrooms, WiFi access points, paths, parks, digital location, parking, time schedule of busses, delays on some bus lines, car parks, pharmacies, ATMs, etc.
typically the availablebe services are accessible geo related to transport and mobility, cultural heritage, hospitals, weather, energy, and much more, etc., with images, audio and documents, and also maps, heatmaps, trajectories, paths, itineraries, etc. Most of the data are collected from open data, other data have been ingested according to specific agreements, and loaded by users.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, your email address, user name connected with specific social network used during the registration process, IOT application, Mobile App, dashboard, IOT devices, annotations, data, poi/MyPOI, KPI/MyKPI, other information ("Personal Information").Snap4 solution may work for you without your registration. In the latter case, with a limited number of functionalities. At the first glance, if you are interested in having personalized services that may take into account your past activities and/or persona data, or if you are interested in developing your personal IOT/IOE application, dashbord, etc., you need to be registered to the platform. At any moment you can change your profile, you can see that we collected for you, you can download them, you can delegate access to them to other single users or organization of groups, and you can delete them all or just a part of them, you can make them public, in this last case, they are treated anonimously. You can even decide to remove the whole your account. All the data that we collect are accessible for your perusal from your mobile and from the Portal by using your credentials if you are registered. All the data that you authorize us to collect would not be delivered to third party, and will be only used by the system and by platform operators to improve the general services and to provide you assistance and to other in general sense. You can request to the system to forget/delete the data and your profile as well. You can also audit the access ate the data you delegated.
